This Cancellation policy applies to purchases made through the United Kingdom store operated by Libi & Daughters Alchemy Ltd and delivered within the United Kingdom.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the Goods.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your Order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
However, we may deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value of the Goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event, no later than:
- 14 days after we receive the returned Goods; or
- 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the Goods,
whichever is earlier.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Goods
You must send back the Goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the Goods.
