If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review this Refund Policy.
The following terms apply to any products that you purchase from us.
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the United Kingdom store operated by Libi & Daughters Alchemy Ltd for delivery within the United Kingdom.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Refund policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Libi & Daughters Alchemy Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 12226453) with its registered office at 101 New Cavendish Street, 1st Floor South, London, W1W 6XH, United Kingdom.
- Agreement refers to this Refund Policy, which governs the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of Goods purchased from the Company.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Libi & Daughters, accessible from www.libi.com
- "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service, the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, received the Goods.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned Goods or evidence that the Goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the Goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
This Policy sets out our voluntary returns process and does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable law.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were received within the last 14 days
- You have the receipt or other proof of purchase
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to your specifications or personalised.
- The supply of Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The supply of sealed Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, and which were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions set out in this Policy.
Certain discounted or promotional Goods may be excluded from voluntary returns offered by us. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, to ensure the safe return of the Goods. We cannot be held responsible for Goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the Goods or evidence that the Goods have been returned to us.
If a return is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by you, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting costs from any refund issued.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive an electronic gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, an electronic gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
