When Will I Receive My Order?

Personalisation of Selected Skincare Products:

For orders that include skincare products requiring personalisation, our team takes additional time to tailor them to your individual needs. This step ensures that you receive products crafted specifically for you.

Processing and Shipping:

  • Signature Products: After receiving your payment, we prioritise preparing and shipping your order within one business day (Monday to Friday).
  • Personalised Products: Once your bespoke skincare routine has been completed, we prepare and ship your order within one business day (Monday to Friday). Please note that the personalisation might introduce a slight delay due to skincare experts' involvement, but we strive to ensure the highest quality and precision during this step.

Additional Information: 

  • For all orders, we utilise DHL Express for deliveries. The estimated delivery time is typically within three business days from the date of dispatch.
  • We do not process shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or official bank holidays.
  • If your payment is received on a weekend or bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working business day. 
  • While we always aim for timely deliveries, occasional factors can introduce delays. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.
  • The risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to the address specified in your order.
  • Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where the Goods are lost or damaged before they come into your physical possession.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you at checkout.
  • If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping or handling costs from any refund issued.
