Even in Ancient China, women washed their faces with a paste of ground pearls, rich in zinc, to protect their faces from inflammations, irritations, and sunburn. Europeans began using zinc to heal the skin in the 11th century, and by the 20th century zinc paste was already universally used in dermatology.
Zinc soap, made according to our heirloom family recipe, has only natural ingredients—no scents, dyes or preservatives. It can be used for regular cleansing of oily and problematic skin. The soap dries the skin and evens its tone and may also help prevent the blockage of pores and the formation of pimples. Thanks to the astringent and antiseptic properties of zinc, it may also prevent inflammation and relieves irritation.
Our ancestors believed that natural soap is best for treating gentle fabrics, such as silk. Our special “old-fashioned” soap, without sulphates or surfactants, can help care for your delicate skin, too.
Ingredients: Sodium Cocoate, Aqua, Sodium Olivate, Sodium Hemp Seedate, Sodium Avocadoate, Zinc Oxide.
Use the soap twice a day, in the morning and in the evening (or when you need to wash your face) before applying any of our products.
